The Optimists' annual Seaside Boat Show is this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland.
A wet weather system (snow and/or rain) is going to spare most of Maryland, sliding on by to the south, Frank Roylance reports on his Maryland Weather blog. So it looks like we'll be having a mostly dry, partly sunny, partly cloudy weekend. No guarantees. Your mileage may vary. Speaking of mileage, gas is up to $1.79 or $1.81 for a gallon of regular, depending. Depending on what? I don't know.
The temperature hit 53 in Ocean City today (Friday), with gusty winds. Highs in the neighborhood of 48 degrees are predicted for both Saturday and Sunday.
Reminder: Saturday, Feb. 14, is Valentine's Day, all day long.
