Snow and Budget Angst in Ocean City

It's snowing hard in Ocean City this Tuesday morning. Side streets in West OC already covered at 10:15 a.m.

Temperatures in the interior of the Eastern Shore are below freezing. Here on the coast, the temp is hovering perhaps one shiver above freezing. It might snow all day.

This afternoon, the Ocean City Council meets at 1 p.m. for a work session on the budget. The budget promises to be a contentious exercise in this winter of economic uncertainty. One councilman has been stirring the pot with some unusual letters to the editor in the Maryland Coast Dispatch.
